Prior to this morning (4/26/16) no one from this company attempted to contact me by phone to discuss my complaint. When I was contacted by a company representative this morning, the representative stated that stuff4greeks had tried to contact me several times to proof read my order. The aforementioned statement on the part of stuff4greeks is accurate. On both ocassions, I responded to the emails. On both ocassions, I made the necessary correction with a scanned attachment. Today, a rep from the company stated that their emails (to me) must have gone to my spam box. I stated no because I have received request to make additional purchases from stuff4greeks. I advised the rep that I was 70 years old and to show some respect..either address me as Ms. or attorney....in other words "put a handle on it". The conversation continued to go downhill. The rep. stated that "he could cancel the order"..and I agreed with his suggestion. I have documented proof of all written correspondence with this company which I will readily produce if it becomes necessary. At this point, I want the company to promptly credit my credit card for the full amount. If the money is promptly returned to my card (within 5 business days), my involement with stuff 4 greeks will be concluded.

We have evidence to show that we emailed this customer several times, then most recently called her because we never heard a response. We upheld our end of the deal regarding this transaction, therefore we advise this customer to remove all defamatory remarks that she have posted about our company online.
