I am sorry for your experience, But I used these people also and I know exactly what you mean and yes it is true you cannot do anything about you damaged items by law they only pay you 60 cents for your belongings and they trick you into signing off on this ripoff and as for TxDot they are worthless they told me they could not get involved and to sue the mover in court to be a registerd mover you just have to pay them $300.00 and thats it. Next time I would use a USDOT registered mover it is a little more money but its worth it. I will post my experience about thesepeople in a few places also ... GOOD LUCK

I am sincerely sorry you had such a terrible move with this company.  If you didn't purchase additional insurance for your items, the moving company is only required by law to reimburse you .60/lb/article.  There is nothing else they have to do for you.  If they want to try to make you happy then that would be their choice.  Good luck taking them to court since you didn't purchase the additional insurance.  Before you ask, I do not and have never worked for this company.  I have, however, worked for a major van lines.  Next time choose a reputable company to do your move.

We have a clean history.  I am not going to let these LIARS get me down.  I have worked hard to make this woman owned business successful.  If these cowards ever confront me face to face, there will be problems.  However, they are cowards and cowards don't have courage.  They hide and post lies about decent people.  This is a simple case of an illegal moving company trying to bash a legal moving company.  Competition is high, but I have hundreds of customers that will back me up.  Hundreds of repeat customers that will only call us for their moving needs.  We are good at what we do.  We are honest with what we do.  This is why we do not charge the lowest prices.  We pay for insurance every month.  We pay for our licenses with the state.  MESSAGE TO THESE LIARS - HIDE - BECAUSE IF I FIND OUT WHO YOU ARE YOU WILL BE PROSECUTED FOR SLANDER...THIS IS A SERIOUS OFFENSE.
