i was shocked to see this guy is still in bizz.he inspected a home i was buying 10 years ago.he identified the all cement block stucco covered home as being wood.the gravel walk as concrete,smooth plastic shower enclosure as being fully tiled.it just goes on and on.I would not have bought the home had i known that it was block and not wood frame.i sued him in small claims court for the 250.00 i paid for this bogus home inspection.when i presented his report to the judge he commented that mr.bob stutz the home inspector was once a city inspector.the judge then began to admonish me for not being able to tell the difference between wood or block.even though i explained that it was stucco on the outside and thats why i hired a home inspector to tell me what it was he just continued to speak over me and berate me.So the home inspector was a good old boy connected to the city and the crooked judge did the right thing by him.This guy had no conscience whatsoever.he knew that he didnt do the right thing and it didnt bother him one bit.oh yeah he had this habit of talking about how involved he was with church.dont let that line fool ya.it fooled me once never again.
