Style Downtown overcharged for services , and charged my card without my authorization when i was not even there. Pensacola Florida

Do not go to this Salon! They seem really nice at first to lure you in. I needed a color correction, and they told me they would charge around $250, but when Amber finished, I was charged $600!! RIP OFF!! Do not ever give them your credit card number. They are very unprofessional and unorganized when communicating their policies to the customers. They asked me for my credit card because I missed an appointment, and the receptionist Kendall said " Oh we will not charge you at all, it's just for our records." So I was fine with that. Well come my next appointment  I had to go to the ER that morning, and missed it. Next thing you know they charged me $110 for not making the appointment!! I never authorized nor signed for the transaction which is illegal what they did. I also never signed any sort of contract stating I would get charged if I missed an appointment. Who charges that much anyway!! I lived in Hollywood, and got my hair done in Beverly hills, and never in my life have been wrongly charged like this place has done.

Watch out for the prices behind the scenes that they do not tell you about!

They will tell you one price, then when they finish they will jack up the price to where you have no choice but to pay!! Research a better salon. This place is a rip off ! They think their salon is all high and mighty but they have never played with the big boys in Los Angeles or New York yet. Big prices for a small town = bad business.They need to get off their high horse and come down to small town reality!
Plus they are not registered with the BBB (Bettter Business Bureau) !
