My daughter ordered a Bape hoodie from this site on January 2, 2007. We got confirmation when the credit card went through and an order number but no tracking number. When I tried to call the customer service number no one answered so I left a message. No one returned the call. So I went on the live chat and Jacob told me my order was sent that day and a tracking number would be emailed to me in 2 to 5 days. A week later no hoodie so I called and I chatted with Sindy and asked her about my order. She said that it was just sent out and I would be getting an email in 2 to 5 days with the tracking number. When I continued chatting with her and told her that is what Jacob told me a week earlier she would not respond to me. I put it together and concluded Style Runway is a fake site and stealing money from consumers.do not order from this site it is a fraud. I want someone to shut it down.
