BEWARE STYLEDROPS AT ALL COSTS!

I had the impression that styledrops was a serious company. So I ordered a pair of shoes and instantly paid by paypal. So far so good. 20 days passed and I heard nothing from them. I emailed them once and they said Okay we are sending your shoes. 10 days pass, nothing again. Another email and they say that color is out of stock. Okay, send me another color no matter which. Another 7 days pass, still nothing. I call styledrops, I give them my order number and the rep says "we dont have the size" okay, send me any size between 43-44. The reps says "a-ha you are caught! You do not want the shoes for yourself! WE ARE NOT SENDING YOU ANY SHOES GOODBYE!" and hangs up the phone. That is it. I email them many times, I call but they do not talk. TOTAL RIPOFF BY STYLEDROPS! If you ever have the change get your goods from raffaello-network.

Dear Cooban,as a luxury online store we take online fraud very seriously.

When an order with different billing and shipping address arrives we ask our bank or  paypal to verify the card holder's identity. Orders paid with Paypal must be shipped only to the address registered in the customer's paypal account otherwise, in case of a buyer's claim, paypal issues a chargeback. Probably you asked us to ship the order to a different address and that's why we took time to verify with Paypal if you were the real owner of the Paypal account. Moreover your willing to change your missing item with whatever colour or whatever size is not normal but a typical sign of a person who's trying to get whatever he can with someone else's money. We preferred to refund the order as suggested by paypal (and your strange behaviour!)
