StylinOnline offers expensive shipping and horrible customer service.

I ordered a pair of slippers as a gift for Christmas for someone who has a foot size slightly smaller than mine. Upon receiving the slippers, I tried them on and was surprised to find they did not fit my size 9 foot when I ordered a large and they were supposed to be 1-2 sizes larger than my foot. I returned the slippers as per the returns page on their website. 

However, I did not receive a full refund. I paid $29.99 for the slippers and a total of $23.15 in shipping for a grand total of $53.14 for some slippers I did not keep, but returned. I called the company for a partial refund on my shipping costs, but the company refused and stated it was listed on their website they do not refund shipping costs. However, this should be paid for on behalf of the company since the item was not as described and did not fit as expected.

I will never purchase from SylinOnline again having this experience.
