Stylus Canada - World Management Group (WMG), Thomas Tharakan Stole my Kids Money Toronto Ontario

I have 2 kids, One is 6 and The other is 4. They are both Models. They were represented in Toronto by a reputable Talent Agengy, Stylus Canada. The owner was Thomas Tharakan. They did a lot of work through them, never getting paid for the work they did. They kept telling us that they, Stylus, has not been paid yet, and as soon as they did, we would get paid. Stylus Canada got bought out by a company called World Management Group. Mr. Tharakan stayed on with that company. Meanwhile, my kids still have not been paid. The timeline goes like this. April 2008 work was done, Sept 2008, work was done, both by my son. June 2008, and Sept 2008 work was done by my daughter. January 2009 Stylus was aquired by WMG. I got tired of waiting and contaced a few clients myself to see if they had paid Stylus. They in fact had. So, Mr Tharakan has been lying to us. My husband and I did put up a fuss, and they did send my kids a bank draft for $100 each, which might have been ok , but they owe my son over $4000 and my daughter over $1000. We have been on their back for months...all the employees ended up quitting, and now, WMG is no longer, and no one knows how to get in Touch with Mr. Tharakan. We sent him Demand letters and tried to locate him. Ex- employees have not received T4's. There are quite a few of us families that I am lobbying for. This agency owes a lot of people money and they need to be found. The Agency is based in Toronto and have models from Toronto and Kingston and in between. I have a lot of documentation and copies of invoices and e-mails. They need to be found. If not, Mr Tharakan's name needs to be known in case he opens another agency and tries to dupe others.
