I am a landldord and have used Sublet.com. I have never gotten one contact of a tenant through the site, apart from one bogus one. All they try to do is get you to sign for a 'premium' PAYING service. NOONE goes on that site, so beware, they will try to get you to pay. I suspect it's probably the same when you are a tenant, they will ask you to pay for their service.

This is a rip-off site
