I had a YouTube subscription service through a company called Subpals - www.subpals.com. I cancelled my $80 a month service back in May of 2018. It is now January of 2019 and they continutally charge me $80 per month, even though I cancelled. I have told them several times to stop, threatened a lawsuite, and they continue to charge my card illegally.
I have taken this to PayPal, and they see the illegal charges. So now Subpals is being taked to federal court. I had to flat out cancel my debit card and get a new one so they would stop charging me. This company needs to be terminated immediately, which is what our goal is in federal court.
Beware of Subpals - don't use them unless you want to be stolen from for almost a year. They steal your card information and charge it all the time for nothing at all. See you in court Subpals!
