SUBSCRIBER SERVICES, INC. STOLE MONEY FROM MY DEBIT CARD SEVERAL TIMES WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FOR MAGAZINES I DIDNT ORDER ARVADA Colorado

I talked with a saleswoman, Alicia, from subscriber services about a $25 million prize, a watch, blah blah. I also agreed to magazine subscriptions at $3.98 per month that I could cancel anytime. After I gave all my information, she asked me to confirm the price at $3.98/week at 36 months.

I said no and cancelled before the order went through. She tried to get me to order of course and was very nice about it. I kept telling her no. She said that since she already put my information into the computer that I would have to talk to someone else to cancel completely and that would be fine.

When I did talk with someone else, Camille. She said I could not cancel and that I agreed to do this for 36 months. She told me the only thing she could do for me was to do it at $26 a month for 18 months. I told her no, it was to be cancelled and that I had never agreed to any of it.

The previous woman, Alicia, told me that only 3.98 would be taken off my credit card and the rest of the payments would be by mail. They took $39 off my credit card immediately. I was sick! I finally got to speak to a manager who basically called me a liar and said that I did not listen to the sales pitch and that they are all the same and not cancellable.

This was a total lie. I could not believe it. I told her that I could not believe they rip people off like that. She finally agreed to cancel my order, supposedly, just today. I got a confirmation number as well on the cancellation. I called and cancelled my credit card and ordered a new one. I am sick that they will come after me now with a collection agency.

How do they get away with this!! I came on here and saw all these reports and I just wanted to die!! I cannot believe that these people are out there.

If anyone is going to start a lawsuit, I am in....maybe I will....
