Success Planning Group Complete Business Services Unreliable and Unavailable New York, New York

This company is extremely unreliable.  I have been sticking with this company for about 3 1/2 months now.  Each "business meeting" costs you more and more money.  Being a first time business owner, I completely rely on their advice.  You will end up spending thousands of dollars for services you do not need or are in no position to need because your business has not even started yet.  They will IMMEDIATELY ask for your credit cards and will push products on you that are not needed.

You will get a phone call from a new person each time.  During each phone call, the individual will act like they will be YOUR personal counselor and then you will never hear from them again.  They will lie.  I got a call from someone who was trying to push me to get a merchant card so that I can accept credit cards on my website.  I don't even HAVE a website or products to sell.  When I tried to explain this, the individual kept insisting that I do and that I can just throw some products on the website to start selling.  Designing a website is not just a simple cut and paste and he OBVIOUSLY did not know that or trying to trick me and insist I need this product to continue forward.

There was an individual named "Michael Thomas" who said I would be working with him from then on.  I was supposed to have a phone meeting with him and I never heard from him again.  I tried calling and leaving messages about 4-5 times.  When the one individual was trying to get me to purchase the merchant card, I told him I wanted to talk to Michael first.  He told me that he has been very busy and running around the office and will call me back.  I found out that he hasn't been to the office in week.

You will NEVER be able to get a hold of anyone to help you out with any questions you have,  I have left multiple messages on the several phone numbers I received and I can't even get a phone call back.  They will set up meeting times to talk to you and then never call.  They are EXTREMELY unreliable.

If you are first time business owner DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  You need to work with a single individual who will be with you every step of the way and is available when you have questions.

I am now stuck with thousands of dollars in debt.  Every credit card I own is maxed out.  I have a domain name with no website and no products to sell.
