Success Resource Group Meyers, Marrocco & Associates; Chase, Cohen & Associates; Morgan, Chase & Associates; Baxter, Mitche Breach of Contract, Failure to pay, Systematic Fraud, Chronic Non-Response Ft. Lauderdale Florida

Based upon ours and other clients responses to this company (in all its forms and names) I conclude that they systematically breach contracts and perpetrate fraud. 

They signed a contract to collect a debt for us for a 1/3 fee payable when we collect the payment.  They did collect the debt in full inside a month in July 2011.  We were owed $1,825.36 of which they have paid us to date only $756.34 leaving $1,069.02 due to us.  The last payment received was in Nov., 2012.

We have received about a dozen promises that a check would come out by Friday of a number of different weeks in 2013 when we were actually able to get someone to answer the phone but nothing ever is sent.  We talked with the Marketing Manager (and signer of the contract), Kattie Messier, just today and got the same run around and promises.

They avoid any calls if possible and are generally rude when you actually reach them.  They are adept at changing their name and trying to stay one step ahead of their pursuers.  I urge all who have been wronged by this company to file a complaint with each and every on-line service so that the word is out about these folks.  I also urge you to file your complaint with the Florida Attorney General's office and the Florida Office of Financial Regulation as I have done.  Only with the strength of everyone's complaints can these people be stopped.

I'm sure they will add this to the pile of complaints they've received already and will laugh about it at their next Christmas party.  That is the kind of people we are dealing with here.  They don't care.

Mr. Pace, if you disagree, send us our money and prove us wrong and I will be happy to remove this stain.  You know who we are.
