Success Tax Relief company charged me $2500 and did nothing to help me with my tax debt. They keep me at bay for over a year telling me they were communicating with the IRS and for me not to contact the IRS. After more than a year, THELMA the owner, became frustrated with me calling concerned about my tax debt solution that she contact the IRS and use the power of attorney to put me on payment installments higher than my original agreement with the IRS without consulting me.

All within 24hrs of getting frustrated with my call. The company had so different people working, every time I called I spoke to a different person without any resolution. I still owe the IRS, success tax relief did nothing for me but take $2500 that I could have used to pay the IRS. This is a Scam company
