Over the past two years I have tried to get my credit card charge reversed. About 2 years ago, I ordered some razors. They charge your card immediately and advise you it could take up to 10 weeks for delivery. After 10 weeks, I would call every month and get the same answer: Vendor has not delivered yet and your order will be fullfilled. After 10 months, they said they would not be able to fullfill order and that I have a credit on my account. I have emails to that affect. All I have to do is send them an email with my order. I have sent several emails and placed several calls (most the time you cannot get through) with no avail. My credit card company cannot work with me due to the amount of time that has passed.

I would urge everyone not to order anything from this company.
