SuddenValues Order 2 Nooks in Oct. 2012 and did not receive them nor did I receive my refund Internet

I ordered 2 Barnes and Noble Nooks from them at the end of Oct. 2012 with shipment in 6 -8 weeks,shipment date arrived and no Nooks. I then received an email  in Dec. from them stating they were not going to be able to fulfill order by Christmas and asked if I wanted a refund or wait for them to be shipped after Christmas. I requested a refund and still have not receive that either.  I have attempted to call them numerous times with only getting their voice mail. I also sent out emails requesting status of my refund and have gotten no response/acknowledgement from them . Stay away
