Sue@Fred Chapman rented me a home fully aware of prior damages making this home a hazard 4 children Statesville North Carolina

I moved to current adress 3 months ago.I have to leaks in ceiling.There is a crack in bath tub that caused water damage to bedroom. There is approximately 4 holes in floor under carpet and mold throughout room.I feel like prior to me moving in the landlords already new of damage. They are not trying to fix the damages an home is unhealthy and unsafe for all my children.I recently spoke to a couple neighbors they tell me everybody that moves in stays 2 to 3 months and move out allowing them to keep there 725 deposit I have 5 children and can not afford to do that.I'm contacting yoll because i would hate for someone else to move in an be taken advantage of as i have.
