Sueko Garcia fraud-Study Abroad Program coordinator taking advantage of international students from Japan Oklahoma City Oklahoma

Sueko Garcia is an independent study-abroad program coordinator in Oklahoma. We met in the US. When I came back to Japan, she talked me about the 1 month ESL/homestay program she was planning & I agreed with her plan. In this plan,an applicant takes ESL course at Fransis Tuttle.S/he takes classes for 4-5 hours Mon-Fri & can start taking classes any time.S/he will stay with an American family during her/his stay. That's what Sueko told me.

I teach English in my hometown & one of my students applied to this program. Her name is Emi. She & her son went to Oklahoma on Jul.31. Before Emi & her son flew to OK, she paid me 260,000 Japanese yen (about US$2260). I deposited $1700 to Sueko's bank account. A several days after Emi went to Oklahoma, she called me & said class had not started yet.

Sueko told me that there were some changes in ESL & Emi would take classes 2-3 days a week & Sueko's friend would teach Emi English for the rest of the week.But a few days later, Sueko called me & said the class was over & Sueko's friend was sick,so Sueko's husband Victor would teach Emi English 4 hours every day. When I talked to both of them,they complained about many things.I deposited $1700 to Sueko's bank,but Sueko told Emi that she received only $900 (100,000Japanese yen) & I stole the rest of the money.

Sueko also told Emi that I deceived Emi & that I am depressive or insane.Also,Sueko told me Emi would be staying with an American family from August 17,but it was a lie. Emi & her son came back to Japan on Aug.31 and called me on Sep.23.Emi told me that Sueko's husband taught her English only 18hours altogether and didn't even stay with an American family.So Emi told me to refund the money.I found out that Sueko had been lying to me, so I decided to refund money to Emi because this was the program Sueko & I planned together. I have been trying to contact Sueko,but she never replies to me. She won't give me $1700 back.

Also, when I was in the US, a college boy was staying in Sueko's house, and I saw they were holding hands. Sueko may have been taking advantage of international students from Japan. Other friend in Texas told me that Sueko had some kind of trouble with other international students before.
