suffolk county court part 14 support magistrate Isabel Buse Suppressed medical information that I needed a spinalchord and conspired with a judge to incarcerate me central Islip, New York

I have a 2001 spinalchord injury, I shared a machine with my exes father to put me out of business he took it back and I was left with all the attachments. In 2003 I was having extreme back pain so bad I could not sleep and I was falling into arrears from not being able to work so I filed a downward modification. I brought my medical report in and I was told by  magistrate Buse that the report was no good she needed x-rays! My Dr said she couldnt read them, I consulted three lawyers they all laughed They knew her and they thought it was funny how she violated my rights! I was brought in again and a lawyer told me to get in front of a judge I can show the truth! how she kept medical reports out of court. I came in armed with 2 mri reports and films, 3 sets of x-rays and 3 medical reports. It was all the proof one needed for the truth! I refused to swear in and demanded to go before a judge. She refused and had a 1 way hearing, Than said now you get your wish. I went before Judge Arlen Spinner and told him I can prove I have a spine injury and held my proof up, I watched him looking for my contempt report in a pile of reports I watched him stop at a report that had a big yellow note on the top of it he read it and swept it under his papers. The judge Started to yell at me he did not look at any hard evidence at all breaking my civil rights. He sentenced me to 6 months at riverhead! This was dec 17,2004 I will never forget the blatent abuse of power! My Father purge my bail for $5000.00. I continued my tests and on april 5,2005 I had my first spine surgury than my second on april 7,2005. Soon after I was brought in on another violation.  Three weeks Prior to going in again I had lunch at a restaurant and my wires from a bone stimulater  were hanging out from under my shirt, a man joked and asked if I was the unibomber. I said no I had spinal chord fusion, He got serious and asked how I paid my bills I told him I cant and my child support was running in arrears, he said I am legally disabled and it suppose to be frozen, I told him of my treatment and being incarserated by the support magistrate and the judge he was digusted! He said if everything I told him was true under color of law they violated my civil rights and they can be sued. I thanked him and asked him if he was a lawyer he said no a judge!
