This salon promised to provide me with a hair integration system that would be completely blended with my own hair, she was extremely convincing and also makes these promises on her website.
As a younger woman suffering from hair lose, I agreed to the $5,000. price tag. When she put the system on me it was horrible it was only the top of my head and my own hair is really short, so try to picture a lump of hair on the top and no hair on the sides or back.
She tried to convince me that it was me and I just needed to get used to it...I was horrified...I've tried contacting them to no avail.
I apparently have no other recourse since he receipts say all sales final and I was pressured into paying her the balance by her and 2 of her family members.
I just want them to take this thing back and am even willing to pay a portion of the money. Hope going forward this will at least help someone else in my situation to not suffer.

I've been a client of Suisse for nearly ten years and simply can not believe that anyone could experience anything less than satisfaction from Sarah and her staff. I have never had trouble reaching her and she has never failed to achieve a natural look for me.

As promised, a custom hair integration system made of premium quality 100% human hair was indeed designed, created, and delivered to the client at a competitive price. The system was colored and styled to best match the clients own thinning hair. The hair system was properly attached using the same method originally described to the client during the free consultation at which point the client stated they chose Suisse based on our great reputation.
There was never any pressure to purchase from any of the salon staff. Furthermore, the false accusations made by this client were posted before we were notified or given an opportunity to address any of the clients issues with our work. Why the client chose to leave the salon unhappy without letting us know is very unfortunate as we would have done everything in our power to best of our abilities in order to please them.
As the client states Ive tried contacting them to no avail, they fail to mention their attempt to contact us was done so via email. Our email account (which gets hundreds of messages a day) is checked periodically and it is not uncommon for anyone communicating through email to experience a delay. A phone call to the salon would have resulted in an immediate response.
We have been providing our products and services to the public at the same physical address with the same telephone number since long before the Internet, and have always made every effort possible to make ourselves available to our clients.
When we contacted the client regarding these accusations we offered additional options as well as other alternatives for hair replacement, but when asked, the client refused to return to the salon, making it impossible for us to achieve a satisfactory result.
True, sales of custom hair integration systems are final because these types of systems are designed and created specifically for the client and therefore serve no purpose for anyone other than the client it is designed for. This is why a contract is written and must be signed by a client before an order can be placed. However, in this particular case of extreme customer dissatisfaction we have offered a partial refund and allowed the former client to keep the system, which they can now use and have serviced anywhere they desire. (product delivered / there is no scam)
Dealing with hair loss can be very difficult for some to handle and at Suisse we honestly try our best to help make the transition into hair replacement as smooth as possible for our clients. Hair integration systems can take some getting used to as you are introducing a new foreign element to your hair and scalp. It is unfortunate that in this rare situation, the client was unable to accept the prosthetic. Instead of calling us to express their concerns, the client chose to take out their frustrations with a public display of anger. (at 12:40am)
