It's about two years ago that I contacted RAVIKANT PATHAK, owner of the SUKRIT INFOTECH, New Delhi based WEB DESIGN business.
We had met during 2000s. I enquired of him would he be interested to partner in a business - I provided him details, and his answer was "yes".
I engaged and funded him to register an NGO, but after a period of time Ravikant Pathak hadn't performed the necessary registration.
Later he would tell me thsat he was not going to continue and would withdraw from the venture. He still had unused money that I had funded for the project and after some email and phone call discusion with him he agreed that he would REFUND USD$500.
That was about a year ago, and still he says he will make this refund payment to me, but never does, and when asked about why he hasn't he has a range of excuses that mostly center around the small cost of fees to make an International Funds Transfer of the USD$500 he owes me, to send to my bank account.
I have since submitted a report to the Indian Gov body CORE which is supposed to provide the necessary support that in this case would be to enforce RAVIKANT PATHAK to comply and REFUND my money.
It is time that outrage was poured on this guy, and those would be customers PLEASE now find another webdesign and support business to do their work.
Heck, there's plenty who can do the good webdesign at the very good price and save you a bundle, and they'll do it as good as his offer or even much much better than PATHAK would.
Potential Customers, please ABSTAIN from engaging SUKRIT INFOTECH, and RAVIKANT PATHAK from doing any work for you! By applying this, he will stand to lose more than the USD$500 that he owes me, and it would balance the damage that he has caused me.
RAVI has one OPTION - pay me the FULL USD$500 NETT to my bank account today! (he has those details). YOUR CHOICE RAVI !!
RAVI, IFyou'll pay me immediately after seeing or hearing about this complaint, i'll withdraw it.
