Sulake Canada (Habbo.ca) This company did a false ban on my account. They refuse to listen to my side of the story. And they assume what happened. I want my money back and they won't give it to me! They stole my money! scam, steal, perm ban, lie, assume Pickering, Ontario Canada

Hello, I have been playing this video game called Habbo Hotel (www.habbo.ca) for many years now. I have spent well over $100.00 on the game. I was banned for "scamming" yet I didn't scam anyone. They only took one persons side of the story and ban me out of no where. So here's what happened: My friend Jessica had an account on Habbo and she was my friend in real life - not on the video game. And she came over to my boyfriends house to hangout on Canada Day. She hadn't played the game for months and she told me she would give me her stuff. So she used my boyfriends computer and gave me her stuff. There was some complications because she hadn't been on her account for a long time and she had to get a new password, etc.   So we finally did the exchange because I had my laptop at his place too. Everything went fine and then we got in a fight a week later. She got so mad she told me to give her all her stuff back. Which I didn't want to do because it was her OWN fault for giving it to me. She ended up reporting me and making up false stories of how I took her stuff, all because she used my boyfriends computer. From this, it made it look so horrible on me, I should have known better to wait for her to do it from her house. So after she reported me to Habbo for "stealing her stuff" when it wasn't even like that, they perm banned my account. I have had so many false accusations from Habbo and this must be the third time they have permed me for NOTHING.   I spent a lot of real money on this game, and to have them just TAKE my money and me have no account in return is ridiculous. I have become sick of this and I do want all the money I spent on Habbo back. Which would probably be close to $200.00. I worked hard for my money and I deserve something for it, especially me being 19 and only working part time. So the date of the exchange was Canada Day 2009. And I am not sure the date I was banned because I tried to log on 2 weeks after the exchange and it was permed.
