I bought a time share from Summer Bay Partnership at Island Beach Club in 2005 for

$5240 that gave me 17000 points only enough for an efficiency.  The whole thing is

a scam.   You can't even sell it at any price.  Once you own them you are stuck

Nothing they told us is true.  We wrote the commission but it did no good.  They were not honest people

Summer Bay Resort,Summer Bay Partnership I was awarded a travel package for $249 with 5 trips. I was to be 23 years old and gainfully employed. I told them that I am not employed and that the agreement was invalid. They still took my $249. and did not refund me as promised. Clermont Florida
