Summer Bay called my home with a sales pitch for the 5 day / 4 night Orlando Vacation. Open booking for 3 yrs. Date of my choice with a simple 2 wk. notification to the Cust. Service Dept.

I was not interested in the Orlando and after much discussion finally had to just hang up. Within 2 min. the Program Director called me back with the hard sell pitch. We agreed to a 3 part package: Daytona, Cancun and Las Vegas for 2 people.

Checking my credit card found that this amount had been deducted. Waited for the 10 day waiting period for my written confirmation. It was never received. I preceeded to try and contact someone who knew about my 3 confirmation numbers to no avail.

When I received my next months credit card statement, there was a credit for the $398.00 as well as a debit. Hence, one cancelling the other out.
