Summerbay Resourts they sold me a vacation package and did not do what they promise Fort Lauderdale Florida

I respond to an email send by Summer bay Resourts ofering a package of vacation for sale I agree to buy it and several weeks affter I called to make a reservation
the date that I was asking was not available but the sales person told me of an other date that suppose to be open and I agree to the date and buy it. at that time the salesman told me to reserve my air tickets as soon as possible in order to save money and I did take his advise and reserve all my 4 flight tickets to Costa Rica.
Several weeks after I get an Email from Mr. Martinez from summer bay Resourts telling me that the date that I requested was not available I was very dissapointed
and try to explain him my situation; I had paid over $ 4,000.00 dlls. for my tickets but they seam to not care I try to cancell my vacation plan with them and they refuse to refund my money.

My air tickets are not tarnsferible and is a no refund policy on that Airline Co.

I don't really recomend no body to do business with this people
