Summer Winds Resorts Stormy Point Fradulant and Deceptive Sales Tactics Branson Missouri

 On June 18th of 2013 I attended a sales presentation at Summer Winds Resorts in Branson MO.  We were convinced to purchase a timeshare with this company but later found out that the main sales points made by the rep were completely untrue.  After notifiying the company of this deception and requesting a full refund we were offered a reduced contract at a reduced price but denied a cancellation and refund.  As a customer you only learn about the fraud after it is too late to cancell the contract. 

A company should be forced to stand behind the promises made by the sales rep in order to get the sale.  The way Summer Winds conducts their sales presentations is completely misleading, deceptive and fraudulent and it needs to be stopped ASAP.  I encourage everyone who has been deceived by this company to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, The Federal Trade Commission, and the Missouri Attorney General.  It would also help to contact your local news stations to let them know about the fraud.
