summerfield properties summerfield apartments of yorktown lieing scumlord told me some one would be at my place to take a nasty stove that has mouse crap.never happened louisville, Kentucky

they are scumlords and id just like to let everyone elseknow so no one else suffers from these crooked scumlords.you cant get  them to do any thing the management and maitinence both lie about fixing problems with there nasty roach and mice infested apartments.i have mice waste in my stove and couldnt use it for 2 days.management and maitinence both knew about the problem.manager not wanting to deal with it because she was upset about other things called maitinence and told me they would be there that day.

this makes 3 maitinence plus manager knowing about the unsanitary conditions and maybe even unsafe conditions of there nasty stove if mice have got to wiring.the 3rd day the actually send there grounds keeper to do the job and he didnt even really know what he was doing i had to help him.they had told him what to do cause they didnt want to deal with problem and take care of it the right way.one maitinence from wenesday had said that he or someone else would come back and take stove have it checked out and sanitize it well that never happened.

me and the groundsman removed a couple screws he tore of a layer of cotton thats suppose to be there to protect the oven.then i adviced him to at least vacuum it out and used my vacuum cleaner,the guy had no tools other then a screw driver.the wiring or other electrical parts of stove was never checked and they never sanitized any thing.so he plugged it back in.and being that i have no choose but to use this nasty stove because i cant afford to eat out no more.i use it and suffer from the nasty unsanitary conditions.

they are scumlords 100% i made a mistake and this is my second time here.they also retalate and get angry when you move and file crazy judements against you. some of there bogus charges from the past include 544.00 for carpet in one room,488.00 for stain kilz,prep walls and paint entire unit,60.00 for mini blinds and 325.00 for broken electric meter that could have been caused by other trash they rent to sneaking in empty apartments.there was other stuff that i didnt bother to list. first time i lived here my neighbors apartment was a drug house full of junkies they was even cooking meth in there.they are still here still very high traffic in and out.

when i moved last time they said they was getting rid of them.when windows are open at night you here people outside selling drugs.when i moved back this time there is someone different in office so its still all the same crap from before.they take advantage of disabled ,low income people and people with section 8.they lie and get you in then you are stuck and they take out bogus judgements when you move.some one needs to put a stop to there crap.they take out the judgements trying to make you lose section 8 cause if you dont settle judgement you lose your section 8.
