Your details
Except for a few strawberry plants, three blackberry plants, and a English Walnut tree everything else died. When I received the order I emailed Summerstone Nursery's customer service about the poor condition of the order, no reply. I know having a Horticulture tech school certificate, that the plants are shipped dormant, so I planted everything that same day the order arrived. By September the majority of the order was dead, I again emailed Summerstone Nursery's customer service with the list above, with all the dead plants noted and the messed up seed order noted. again no reply. I boxed up all the dead plants with the exception of the climbing strawberries which had rotted away, and mailed them to the Summerstone Nursery's address noted on my order. Only to have the USPS return the box marking that it was undeliverable. I've tried to call the listed phone number and it's apparently been disconected. This company has ripped me off for several hundred dollars, they owe me a replacement order or a refund as stated when I made my order. These individuals need to be arrested and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
