I signed a contract with Summertown Metals to supply materials and build me a Post Frame Building, what i thought i was getting and what i got was 2 different things, the building has 8 to 10 roof leaks and the slider door will not open and close right, i have contacted them 6 times already since November the 4th and Matt keeps telling me he will get with someone name Derick to get back with me with when someone can come and fix it, i still have not heard anything from them so i called again today and was told there want be anyone coming to fix the leaks or the slide door that their buildings do not come with any kind of warranty, i advise anyone who is looking to have a metal Post Frame Building built do not deal with this company, they will take your money and tell you what you want to hear but their quality of work is very poor, i have learned the hard way but i hope other people see and reads this to keep them from making the mistake i did.
