Summerwind Solar (Beware Arizona!) Stole Money, Scammed Me, Bull****d Me, Didn't Pay Me, Lied to Me Phoenix Arizona

Hi my name is Walter Rossie Jr. I worked as an independent sales rep for a company called Summerwind Solar Cal LLC here in California. I was their top producer in sales in 2014 and I actually kept their office in California afloat and all of the staff was grateful for my production because they knew the company was struggling. These guys came in from Arizona started up a LLC (of course), have ripped off numerous companies and people and have fled back and are operating a similar operation in Arizona with a pristine reputation. (I don't get it)

I was working hard for them bringing in approx 75-80% of the sales in Cali, saving up money to live my new dream as a motvational speaker and author. If you google me you will see my life is an open book. Literally.

These guys left town owing me $36,000 and now Bill Roush says I owe them money. (Every crook that stole a paycheck from me said that. Weird!) My life has been drastically altered nearly attempted bankruptcy after openly trusting these two characters. I know of other people's lives they've devastated he in California as well. The other Ripoff Report is accurate stating they lost their license. They actually began using another installer's license minimizing liability so they burned him too. I heard he can't even afford a lawyer.

Summerwind Solar Cal LLC has lawsuits and judgements from the ceiling to the floor, look them up. While they had judgements and lawsuits of comapnies and people they didn't pay. I would like to be contacted by a lawyer to pursue a fraud case.

In the photos here on Ripoff Report Bill was healthy and looks buff. But now, he looks half dead the last time we saw him most employees were betting he wouldn't make it to see 2015. This is an effect due to negative energy he's absorbed by hanging around Bud and doing financial harm to people and companies that trust them. Bud is nmot affected at all by this. I'm not saying Bud is a sociopath, but I am saying his behavior matches. After an employee told me he thought Bud was a sociopath I looked into it. The evidence seems undeniable. I wander what a group of peers (Everyone who got taken, companies, employees, laborers, etc) would say about his character in front of a judge. I'd like to find out...Pass this on :)
