 We are ashamed we fell for this company when we should have known better. We received a solicitation in the mail. After speaking with the company, my husband and  I proceeded with the process. We gave the company $2795 up front and of course they were very accomidating returning our calls, answering our questions, and advising us we needed to start the process immediately. That should have been a RED FLAG, but it was not.

We are not behind on our mortgage. We gave them all our income and debt information and were advised we would qualify for modification and our credit would not be affected. We asked this question mutilple times as we have good credit and did not want that affected, each time advised no credit has nothing to do with it and credit is not affected.

We have been in this process for 6 months with many unreturned calls and emails. The emails we did receive all say the same thing, nothing new, still waiting on the lender, going to send over new packet to lender. I started asking for my money back about 2 weeks ago, and after leaving multiple messages without a returned call. I finally called back today and spoke with a manager who says she will have to review our file and send over her recommendation.

In the beginning we were told there was a money back guarantee and are now being advised it has to be approved and only a portion would be returned.

Our lender sent us over paperwork stating, that in fact credit is affected. They also sent us the qualifications for modification stating your mortgage has to be 31% of your gross income which ours is not. We should have been advised of this upfront from this company and we would have known we did not qualify and would not have began the process.

Please do not use this company as they promise what they know you want to hear with no results.
