Summit Racing Equipment FALSE ADVERTISING; FALSE INFORMATION ON MANUFACTURER'S INVENTORY; FALSE PRICING Tallmadge OH

Summit Racing advertised a Continental tire for a very competitive price.  The company took the order, and it took over 30 days for the company to notify me that they would not fulfill the order.  Their reasoning was that the tire was no longer avaialble from the manufacturer.  This is false since I was able to order the tire that same day from another vendor.  The problem is that Summit did not want to honor the price it had offered.  Summit's action is illegal under the Federal Trade Commission regulations.  They need to be held accountable for their unconscionable business practices.
