SUMMIT VAN LINES - David Greenberg, Haidi Smith And Guy Shoshanderg) Continual charges of late fee's for storage account that is not late Fort Lauderadle, Florida

After being relocated to Arizona from Florida and needing to sell my residence I went online to obtain bids for moving services.  After many inquiries and discounted programs I settled on Summit Van Lines as they were from my home town, made my packing and loading extremily easy and offered storage services in the area.  Summit Van Lines have has been storing my possessions for the past 3 yrs at the contract amount of $215 a month.  For some reason and without an explanation from the several persons I have spoken with the amount on my statements has gone from $215 to $230 making an additional amount of almost $700 whether it is late or not?

Here is my problem ~ I have repeatedly asked for in writing, via telephone and by fax a statement of charges since I placed my possessions in sotrage at their facility to account for the increase in fee's?  the blatant additional $15 per month for nothing?  with absolutely no response.  I have even threatened to fly back to Florida to see my possessions in the storage unit to make certain they are even there. 

So, what I am up against is an accountability for the additional charges and whether or not my possessions can be delivered as requested on 3 occasions to my Arizona address to eliminate these excessive fee's and for the contracted amount?  Ugh, no response. I am placed on hold.  Hung up on.  Ignored and now I am pissed.

This company is like a bad date.  They woo you into thinking they can deliver ~ they can't, won't and will dismiss you until you pay their price.  Skip them altogether.  What was a sweet deal will cost you BIG TIME!
