Sun Bay Builders Inc. Susan Miano and Mike Miano Did us out of almost $10k Saint Petersburg Florida

This is for a floor that was installed in 1925 we took on the job it was covered with paint. Didn't bother to collect payment for the 1st floor as we still have the 2nd and the 3rd to do and we have done businness with them. We did the 1st floor first we came back couple of months later to finish as they weren't ready to get the floors done. They were behind schedule which messed up our schedule but we still accomdated them.

When everything was done the moment I sent the final invoice that is when the punch list started. But couple of walk through was done with the homeowner prior to that and everything was good. We did the items on the 1st punch list, talked to the other guy who is over seeing the project his name is Chip and he said all looks good. But the other guy, Mike Miano seems to have a problem with everything. When I brought up that I will just put a lien, thats when the punch list even added up and the homeowner all of a sudden is not happy with the floors.

We strongly believe that all along they plan not to pay us, NO homeowner will be ok having a LIEN on their property because the builder they hired failed to pay us.  I posted reviews on google I was the first one to write them a review and a week later multiple raving reviews are posted to pushed my review down. They deleted every comment I make on their business facebook page. That is how guilty they are.
