Sun Broadcast Group, Inc, previously Sun Radio Network, called my advertising agency selling a "performance-based" advertising test for one of our largest clients. The test would require $8,000 up-front, and in return, Sun Radio Network would provide our client with 100 sales leads that would only be counted if the lead (a phone call) was over 30 seconds in duration.

After back-and-forth negotiations and after creating a detailed contract which listed all promises, we proceeded with a test. Two weeks into the test, Sun Radio Network generated roughly 10 leads of the promised 100. After repeated phone calls of slow performance (compared to what was promised), the sales representative (Chad), stopped returning my phone calls. After that, they simply stopped running our client's ad. We didn't receive one more lead, nor did we ever hear from Sun Radio Network again. They pocketed our client's money, who subsequently sued Sun Radio Network.

Do not do business with this "company".
