On October 15, 2008, LuminousBrites they were on my email for $4.99 and then charged my visa account on 11/16/2008 and 12/11/2008, $88.97 on each of these days. I called their 800 number, and spoke with a woman named Mary. She said, that if I go to their email address and website they would refund the money, but they didn't. I called my bank and put a stop payment on their account. When I tried to go to their website, their was no website, only others that have been ripped off, too. I have MS and had to have friend type this for me on January 3, 2009. This has caused me much heartache and financial stress as I am on limited income due to my disability.
