Sun Dry Cleaners Unknown. Korean boss is never there. Ruined for women's garments, Lost two, Refuses to reimburse as promised by woman in front Ridgefield Connecticut

I had dropped off five women's garments to be dry cleaned. When I went to this store {Sun Dry Cleaners}, I discovered all three garments were either shrunk or enlarged from a size 12 to a size 20!!!! Two others were lost.

I approached woman in front of store (owner is never in). She said she would show to invisible boss. This went on for two weeks. I went in and woman said he would fix all garments. He ruined a $100 sweater and two other blouses mind you. When I seen them. there were no changes at all. Lost items never found.

My wife agreed to cash reimbursement  for $110 cash. This was very reasonable. Liar woman said she would tell non existent boss.

She promised he would call. No call. Surprise!!!

I called after Labor Day weekend. She told me boss was away for thirty days. Prior to that she said he would be in on Labor Day sunday. Never called as promised, I told her. She then proceeded to tell at least three more lies. She seems to be terrified of this b******.

Called Tuseday after Labor Day. I told her I wanted money by Friday the fifth of Sept. I told her I would put this arrogant piece s*** all over the internet. Never called.

There are many reputable cleaners in Ridgefield. Do not use this place. Unscrupulous lying b*******.

Feel free to check other sites such as pissed consumer, yelp, Google reviews. I am now making this a hobby.

Merchants like Sun Dry Cleaners should be banned from such a lovely town as Ridgefield.
