 I'ma teacher and our school was having a dress up day on Ictober 30. I didn't want to wear a costume and ran across this really cool shirt on a Facebook add for Sun Frog Shirts. It tread; "This is my Scary English Teacher Costume. " I ordered it thinking, "it's the middle of October so it will get here, no problem. " Boy was I wrong. I waited & waited. I checked my email constantly and all I had was the confirmation email and the charge to my card. I was beginning to think I had been ripped off. I tried to track my order but all it said was it was still in Michigan where the company is located. I tried to contact them and got the "Oh your order will get there before Halloween" reassuring line. Finally on October 29, I get an email from Sun Frog saying my order had been packaged for shipment...& was STILL in Michigan. I realized that there was no way I was going to get it by the next day and improvised with a pirate costume. Sigh. I still have not received my shirt and it's Halloween. I finally got an updated tracking report that delivery is scheduled for November 5th. I'm sorry but 4 weeks after I order something is way too long . I order stuff from the internet all the time & get it without paying for rush orders in a week. They gave me some line about how every shirt is custom silkscreened and all that but come on! Four weeks?! That's ridiculous! I guess I can wear it next Halloween, but I'll never order from them again! This company doesn't understand the concept of time sensitive orders. I don't care how cool your shirts are, if you don't get it to the customer in a timely manner then you'll never get repeat business. Lesson learned. By the way I'm still waiting for my shirt so I don't even know if it looks good.
