I placed an online order for some of Sun Laboratories self tanning products. The online order included shipping charges for FedEx delivery to my house. A week, or more, after placing my order a US Postal employee showed up at my door with my Sun Laboratories order. The order had not been shipped FedEx, as I paid for online, instead it was shipped US Postal Service. And, to make matters worse, they had not put enough postage on the package so I had to pay shipping again (equal to what I paid online) to get my order from the Post Office!
I called, and emailed (several times), the company but they expressed no interest in resolving the issue. They said that such a thing could never happen (despite my providing them with the documentation from the Post Office) and as such they were not going to do anything about it.
It's unfortunate, I believe they sell good products, but their level of customer service is extremely poor.
