Sun Radiology Dr. Manntej Sra and his "CFO" Alan Rothstein are CROOKS Peoria Arizona

I delivered medical transcription services to Sun Radiology from April through the end of August. From the start, they questioned my billing process, though ultimately paid because of pressure from me. They persisted in their demands for turnaround and catering to their needs, which my company did. The cut off all communication with my employees and me, making dealing with them difficult to begin with.

In the month of August their volume doubled. They added two radiologists reading daily and their invoices reflected this increase. When it came time for September to roll around they stopped dictating. I withheld their transcription and told them they would get their work when they contacted me. With lawyers and a room full of people on their end, they threatened a lawsuit if I didn't return the work. The terms for returning the work were they put in writing that they pay me by a specific date. Manntej Sra (I don't give him credit as a doctor because I'm sure his credentials are a scam like him) agreed. I waited for his email which didn't state anything but a bunch of threats. Eventually he released an email "You will be paid by 15th". No month was specified. The work was returned.

Two weeks later no payment was received. Contact and communication with him and his excuse for a "CFO" went unresponded to. With $11,000+ outstanding in unpaid invoices, I began calling. Alan Rothstein eventually contacted me via email and indicated I had overbilled them. I had billed the same methods for four solid months, for which they paid. It wasn't until the last two invoices reflecting the large increase in volume were received that they claimed I had overbilled. The last communication indicated they would pay me "whatever they feel is fair."

Two weeks later I received payment in the form of $5000.00, not even half of what was owed to me. Future communication has gone completely unresponded to, of course.

These two men are complete scam artists. They run a radiology practice pushing hundreds of patients through their doors daily. They hire physicians at low cost to them and have millions of dollars coming through their doors, but they cannot pay me what is rightfully owed to me.

Despite the lack of payment, there was absolutely NO attempt to communicate with me except when I threatened to withhold the transcription (which was rightfully mine). As far as I am concerned, this group, the owner, and mostly the CFO, are no lower than pond scum.

If you are considering doing business with SUN Radiology, either as a vendor or a customer, think twice. You, too might arbitrarily get paid "whatever the hell they feel like." If I did business that way I'd have been out of business long ago.

These people need to be investigated.
