Sunbelt Mobile RV Service, LLC Steven Shelby I paid 1150 for new AC installed.It never worked nor did it turn on.He refused to refund any money. I kept the top part of the AC & had someone else remove all parts & reinstall new ones. I was ripped of for everything but the actual hardware that is on my roof. We hired Steve Shelby to install an air conditioner for my RV. He came over on April 28th, 2015 to assess it & told us that the compressor was shot. He then was paid for the service call. He wanted what he said was *half the price of the AC up front which HE SAID, "I would need $575 to order the AC and Conversion Kit". He was paid the $575.00. This was in mid May. He then about a two weeks later finally got the kit. It took at least a week if not longer.

I later found out that these are in stock in the RV warehouses all the time! He came over in late May to install the AC. He was NOT the one that put it on the roof of the RV. My 88 year old father had to come up with a way to do that. After it was on the roof (crooked), he came inside to install the inside of the AC aka the conversion kit. After dropping things on my floor & yelling at me several times, he finally got it installed (kind of). It would not turn on. It didn't work at all! He then made up yet another excuse why he could not fix it that day. Then again & again he kept putting off the re-installment of the AC. Finally (I had already gone to the doctor due to being too hot & got very sick) I emailed him RE: what I wanted to have in my RV. He got mentally abusive with me and accused me of always changing my mind.

He offered a refund of -$71.95 Credit for the Conversion Kit Currently installed and to again come over *if my father spent more money* to fix what never worked in the first place. Steve was paid the other $575.00 the day he put it in the first time so all together he was paid $1150.00 to install an AC. Steve got very upset with me because so much time had passed, I was physically sick from the heat and just wanted a working air conditioner. He essentially told me to never contact him again leaving me with a worthless air conditioner. The $71.95 also was never refunded. I have all of this in writing as well. Some of the mental abuse I endured is also in writing.
