SUNBROOK APARTMENTS refund of down payment St. Charles Missouri

I stayed at sunbrook for over 3 years as a resident. When I went to move in there was a $250 deposit that I paid in full. When I moved out Looking to get my depoist back there was a refusal notice and a bill for $300 for new curtins and new carpet that they said was damage. In refusal to pay and several letters and phone calls later that were returned with the same answer pay for replacement of items. My credit report shows up now Sunbrook apartments a negetive status on my report for not paying the bill due of $300. The hot tub that they had there was taken out because of people urinating in the hot tub. Was replaced by a pool table where the pool balls adn cue sticks were in the main office for a fee to be used and not refunded. Rates increased over each year a new lease was signed and a far as a personal parking spot that I paid for someone was always in it every night that I would come home from work. Again talked to Sunbrook management and no help at all from them. Said "We do not know who is parking in your space. Could be a visitor to another resident." There is a sign posted that vehicles not taged with a pass will be towed at owners expence. I gave Sunbrook's management  full detail about the car,make, model, and licence plate # still nothing no towed car or anything else done. When I asked management about a refund of the days that I didn't get to park there again I was refused and sent out the door. Washers and dryers for clothes took your money couldn't get Sunbrook to refund that either. Said it was use at your own risk, again a loss of money and a waist of breath.
