Nancy Pier has been ripping people off for over two decades.  She convicted of a Felony in Missouri and was banned from selling dogs on the internet in Missouri and placed on probation.  Nancy Pier absconded from probation and set up her new business of ripping people off in Florida.  Nancy Pier advertises puppies on the internet and will sell the same puppy to multiple buyers.  In some cases, there is not even a puppy, the picture is old or is a picture of someone elses dog.  Nancy Pier creates elaborate pedigrees to make people think they are buying a well bred champion sired puppy, when in fact, she purchases $800 puppies of any registry from Puppyfind and passes them off as the puppy with the great pedigree for $3000.

She has many alias'.  She is a skilled ripoff artist.  Prior to the invention of the internet, Nancy Pier was also arrested in Missouri and had to produce a $50,000.00 bond in order to be released from jail pending her trial.  The charge was production of illeagal narcotics with intent to distribute.  A plea was arranged and she got probation instead of jail time.

It was at this time that Nancy learned she could collect A LOT OF MONEY from unsuspecting people on the internet who were merely trying to buy a French Bulldog Puppy.  Internet crimes are very hard to prove and prosecute.  Also jurisdictions who actually have money and manpower to go after internet predators use their resources to go after sex offenders and child trafficers.  And who could blame law enforcement.  After all Nancy Pier is only stealing money, selling things that don't exist.

Short of her own death, nothing will stop Nancy Pier from continuing to rip people off every chance she gets.

Puppie buyers, do yourself a favor.  If you can't get a puppy locally, get references.  Ask her vet to phone you to verify that she indeed has puppies.
