Our friend who is staying with us with us while she finds a home to rent, found a listing on Craiglist for a $850,000 home in foreclosure that was being rented for $650.  She paid $199 to SunFincancialOnline.com and was supposed to meet with their representative the next day to see the house.

I own a private investigation company in Washington DC and when I arrived home to here her story I immediately looked them up online and found them listed on RipOff Report.  I told her to call her credit card company and cancel the charge.

I then researched the information and found that this company is being run by two brothers (and possibly the father).  They are operating out of a residence that belonged to the father's deceased parents at 1201 Lawton St., San Francisco CA 94122.  NewLineEquity.com is listed at that addreass with the phone number: 415-742-4411.

Daniel Date, age 30, and David Date, age 26, used to live at the Lawton address with their father, Richard Alan Date, age 63.

Daniel Date is the registrant of NewLineEquity.com and may still reside at 2012 Red Rose Way, Unit D, Santa Barbara CA 93109.  The cell phone that may still be his is 415-497-1590.

David Date is listed as the agent for SunFinancialOnline.com and FirstHouseFinancial.com and is listed as living at 500 Mclaughlin Dr., Santa Cruz, Ca 95064, which is the University of California Santa Cruz campus and it would appear that he is either a career student or employee because he has been using that address since April of 2007.  His cell phone may still be 408-656-9603.

In our program monthly payments are based on the existing owners loan balance remaining, thus it is quite usual to find a $850,000 Market Value with payments as low as $650, though some equity stipulations may be attached on such a spread.

Please contact our Customer Service Department for Program Assistance at 866-956-3051, credit card disputes are rigourously challenged and often lead to a non-refundable status.

Our Mailing Address is 755 Baywood Dr. 2nd flr. Petaluma, CA 94954. We do not receive mail to any of the addresses you listed. Thanks!
