Sungate American Homecraft Told us no more PGE bills . Did not say anything about PGS true up Billing every year Hayward California

Wish I would have know a year ago about this site. Never would have gone with Sungate for Solar I am actually paying more now for PGE than before. And of course you call and get told oh we will call you right back. Don't hold your breath you will turn blue in the face.A year ago we heard the same story no more PGE bills signed in FEB of course the price is good for one day only . Should have seen the signs when it took over 4 months to finally get the panels installed. We heard all the excuses you could imagined.
Still paid about $6.00 a month PGE electric I could live with that as it was $200.00 , Well fast forward last Friday PGE bill $1300.00 told by PGE it was for the last 12 months the $6.00 was just s surcharge . Now I am paying off the panels at over $300.00 a month and another $100.00 a month PGE I was robbed blind Looking into seeing if I can take any legal action for fraud .
Whatever you do and if looking for Solar please go elsewhere

fast forward a few months. Finally we had someone come out and check our place out. We were told to get 6 months of our PGE Pre Solar and 6 months after Solar bills together and they would come back out and compare them. They told us something was definitely wrong with our system. Should have never seen a $1300.00 Bill AS no one ever told us about the charges before we signed for the solar panels.
Called the person today .SURPRISE they are no longer working for Sungate .I got called by PGE the other day and they almost turned off my PGE because I missed a payment as I forgot. 1st time i bet someone with "SOLAR " ever was without Power
\Like I said earlier Go elsewhere do not use SUNGATE or whatever the name is today. They love to call you . But leave a message with them don't hold your breath waiting for a call back.
