Sunghoom Lee Quick TV & Appliance Repair INCOMPETANT BAFOON TRYING TO PASS HIMSELF OFF AS A QUALIFIED REPAIR TECHNICIAN Beaverton, Oregon

DONT EVER USE:  Sunghoon Lee doing business as either Quick TV & Appliance Repair or Diversified Electronics & Refrigeration.  Mr. Lee was called to our home to repair our Kenmore Elite Washing Machine.  I spoke with Mr. Lee to apprise him of the problem and inquire as to his ability to do the necessary repair to which he responded, Yes, that is what I do, no problem. 

It turns out however that Mr. Lee was the problem.  Sunghoon Lee has NO business holding himself out as an expert in the repair of any/all appliances.  Not only was Mr. Lee unable to diagnose the problem with the machine, he did not even know how to dismantle the unit to make an inspection.  Rather, Mr. Lee had to pull a life line from How to Be A Millionaire and decided to phone a friend.  Mr. Lees friend had to talk him through the inspection.   Having spent an hour at our home trying to diagnose the problem, Mr. Lee asked for payment of his $45.00 fee and stated he was pressed for time and promised he would later in the day when he could spend more time on this repair.  

Upon his return all he did was look at the washing machine and advise he had several options he could pursue to TRY to resolve the problem, at an additional cost of $150 to start!  Having become painfully aware that Sunghoon Lee is a COMPLETELY INCOMPIDENT and UNSKILLED/UNTRAINED service technician with no factory certifications of any kind to his name we advised him his services were no longer needed.  We requested he refund our money since this service call was clearly outside the scope of his abilities to which he refused.  When we asked for a copy of his business license and a receipt for the payment made to him, he refused.  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS INCOMPETANT BAFOON.  RUDE RUDE RUDE
