I ordered sunglasses through the sunglasshut website using my paypal account. Recieved the Sunglasses and discovered that the product had a small scratch in the lense so no problem... I took it back to the Store and the teller took the sunglasses, had me swipe my debit card, and told me that I would be fully refunded within 5 to 7 days.
Two weeks pass, No credit to my paypal account. After numerous contacts with customer care to no avail a Paypal Dispute was opened on my behalf. Sunglass hut won the dispute. Now I am out the sunglasses and the $207.65.
I have never seen such ethics practiced in a large business such as this. I would be very interested in seeing sunglass hut in court. This is rediculous.
