Purpose if this report, is for people (whole World) to see what kind of Con Artists, Scammers, big time LIARS are Sunisa Kim and Reo Kobayashi. Relationship other than scamming people is that they are boyfriend / girlfriend.
Pictures of them and all evidence is provided below this text.

We will present here only evidence and facts. All evidence and facts are completely well documented.

Facts:
1. Before the project even started Sunisa Kim received upfront money from the client on 08/17/2009 as seen from the 1st evidence from the sender's(payer) bank account, payment made to Sunisa Kim - My Eskimo Friend. Sunisa Kim received $7,375 USD as 50% (initial deposit) of the project's budget.

2. For developer project started in September, before the actual website, Reo Kobayashi request to do a Shop for the same client (client is from Europe) for FREE. He does lot of sweet talking so at first you belive him. He promises there will be a lot more work for better pay so let's do this for free (of course only developer is doing free work!). After almost 1 month is wasted on custom made shop, we begin working on actual website - by end of September 2009.
Reo says project budget is max $3,000 and he won't make any money on it, but client is his good friend(he says that for every client!) and will be good for portfolio.
Developer said because of small budget website can't have CMS, so he agrees that CMS will be 2nd part of the project for extra cost. During the development later, Reo tried many time to get 2nd part under the same budget, but fortunately developer always said no.
When asked about the money Reo Kobayashi says, client doesn't have big budget, but don't worry we will have bigger budgets in future projects. When asked about the payments Reo says client didn't pay yet, we first need to do half of the project to get some money.

3. Two months has passed by, Reo says sorry no money yet, but no worries -he repeats- client is a good friend and will pay for sure (don't forget fact from #1). 3 months and hundreds of Reo's request for changes to the website, Reo as an "expert" (yeah right!) web developer and web designer ruined client's website. But he is forcing ideas on his own, without asking the client.
After this 3 months of constant work (12-14 hours per day), Reo says ok but we need to finish the project to get paid.
Developer sees something is wrong and terminates further work on this project until he gets paid. Developer made over 50 purely custom made pages, all done for SEO, web2.0 style, without a single error in the code - validated by the Web standards.
Unfortunately Reo is Con Artist and doesn't understand this process and he doesn't appreciate any of the work that has been done.
During development time, he repeats many times, money is secure, nothing to worry about. Few months passes by with promises from Reo Kobayashi that client will pay, good friend bla bla... In April of 2010 developer finally contacts client directly to ask about the money. Client is surprised to hear about this and doesn't understands whats the problem, because Client paid FULL budget as agreed with Scammers: Reo Kobayashi and Sunisa Kim.
This is when developer discovers how much was the actual budget $14,750 USD, and that it was payed in full. And Reo stated many times he will NOT make any money on it, only developer will ! Lies, lies and some more lies.

4. Reo then says don't talk to client, let's work this out. Developer ONLY and ONLY asks for agreed payment of $3,000, even though Reo Kobayashi LIED many times about EVERYTHING (when were payments made and how much was real budget for this project). Now its March 2011, Reo Kobayashi still didn't paid anything to the developer. Sunisa Kim and Reo Kobayashi made pure profit of $14,750 without spending any money.
During 2010 from April to end of 2010 Reo many times promised he will pay, he lied so many times about that, and it never happend. During 2010 developer tried to get in contact with Reo Kobayashi, but he is avoiding and answering to maybe 1 email per month! in which he only writes: "let's talk tonight", but that never happens. He repeated that exact word many times...

Con Artist stays Con Artist, one time scammer, life time scammer. Developer also notified Sunisa Kim many times in many ways, but they are both avoiding any contacts and not responding anymore.
Needless to say that he never apologized for anything. He is convinced that he is right and doesn't care about 4 months of work (shop and website).

5. One of the first lies Reo Kobayashi said is: "most of the budget is going to you fyi."
In all this time he said so many lies that later he forgot what he said.
During the process of website development it was very stressful to work with Reo, but he never cared about anyone except himself and his accomplice Sunisa Kim.

6. During 2010 developer searches online about Reo and unfortunately finds more scammed people by Reo Kobayashi. Which you can find more about on this website too.

Other Facts:
You need to understand that they have changed many company names, obviously because of avoiding debts, old clients, criminal illegal activities etc.
Some of the Company names they are using: MEF, My Eskimo Friend, iQube Inc, Basement Productions (Basement Inc), Scooch... as you can see its hard to keep up with scammers like them.

FBI and IRS should take actions against these two Con Artists. Its most probably certain that they never paid any TAX for projects others did for them under many different company names.
