Sunlife assurance of Canada , aka, Sun life financial , sells term life insurance in USA and State of California. 

When it gets close to honor their contract and pay the beneficiaries, speically when they find out the insurred is close to death. They try a lot of triccks to nolify that Lif term insurance > 

Please I am asking anyone who has been the victim ( or will be the victim very soon when he or she gets to 63 years old ) contact me so I talk to you and tell you in person what is this company do, in order to get out of paying a penny to the benificieries. Regardless of how many years you paid your premioum on time. They are like a bunch of crooked people, trained to fool people. contact me by writing to PRSNGNLMN@AOL.COM . TO ALL IT MAY CONCERN. PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE A TERM LIFE INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY EVEN IF IT IS THE BEGINNING OF IT. I TELL YOU HOW THEY RIP YOU OFF WHEN YOU GET TO 63 YEARS OLD. THEY USE A LOT OF TRICKS( WORSE THAN USE CAR DEALERS ) TO GET OUT OF ANY PAYMENT AND FORCE YOU TO CANCEL AT 64 YEARS OLD ANIVERSARY. CONTACT ME, I SEND YOU DOCUMENTS TO PROVE IT. I AM PERSONALLY SUING THEM. BUT I WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF OTHER VICTIMS, OR POTENTIAL FUTURE VICTIMS, NOW YOUNG TO GET RIPPED OF CONTACT ME. THANKS
 
MANY YEARS AGO, I FELL FOR A STATEMENT OF  FAST TALKING OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED COMPANY ( WHO I REMEMBER WAS  WORSE LIER THAN A USED CAR SALES MAN ), AND BOUGHT A " TERM LIFE INSURNANCE POLICY NUMBER # 59435546 FOR A FACE VALUE OF $100,000.00 ( ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND).
AFTER PAYING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO THIS CROOKED COMPANY WHICH I AM SURE HAS VICTIMIZED MANY US CITIZENS, AND RIPPED THEM OFF, THE COMPANY HAS BEEN TRYING TO GET OUT OF ITS OBLIGATION AND PAY THE FACE VALUE BY :
1- PLAYING GAMES.
2- PER ONE OF THE SUPERVISORS STATEMENTS, NOT INFOMRMING THE REPS, ABOUT THE FACT OF A SITUATION, AS A RESULT LEAD THEM TO LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS .
3- CREATING ARBITARIRY POLICY CHANGES ONLY BENIFICIAL TO THE COMPANY TO GET OUT OF THEIR CONTRACT AND FORCE THE CUSTOMER TO ABANDON THE POLICY OR PAY AN OUTRAGEOUS ANNUAL AMOUNT OF PERMIUM.
       THIS COMPANY FIRST CONTACTED ME, AND TOLD ME THAT AFTER I AM 64 YEARS OLD, I HAVE TO PAY VERY HIGH ANNUAL PREMIUM. AND SENT ME SOME INSTRUCTION AND ASKED ME TO CHOOSE ONE OF THE EXAMPLES SO I CAN PAY A NON CHANGING PREMIUM UNTIL THE AGE OF WHATEVER I SELECTED ( PLEASE SEE EXHIBIT #  1 ) .
      WHILE STUDYING THE OPTIONS THE COMPANY WAS GIVING ME, A LADY REP WHOSE NAME WAS " PERRIN " REPEATEDLEY TOLD ME ON THE PHONE THAT I SHOULD NOT RUSH TO MAKE A DECISION BECAUSE IT DOES NOT MATTER WHEN I MAKE THE DECISION. THE SAME STATEMENTS WAS REPEATED BY OTHER REPS WHEN I CALLED THEM TO ASK FOR ADVICE.
      FINALLY ON 08/27/2010 I DECIDED AND SELECTED AN OPTION THAT WOULD ( BASED ON THEIR ILLASTRATION ) PLEASE SEE EXHIBIT # 2
      ON 9/14/2010 AFER RECEIVING THE NEW ILLUSTRATION WHICH ACTUALLY WOULD CANCEL MY LIFE INSURANCE AT THE AGE OF 64, THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO PAY AROUND 1600 DOLLARS, AND EVEN THAT SELECTION IS NOT GAURANTEED, AND THEY CAN CHANGE THEIR POLICY AS THEY WISH. A ONE SIDED DECISION MAKING. I CALLED AND TALKED TO A SUPERVISOR, MR. VANDERFLIER ( OR I SHOULD SAY THE BEST CAR SALES MAN TRAINED BY THAT COMPANY TO FOOL THE CUSTOMERS, BY TELLING ME THAT I AM SORRY IF THEY TOLD YOU THAT, I PROMISE YOU  THAT BECAUSE MS. PERRIN, AND OTHERS UNKNOWINGLY TOLD YOU THAT , WE HONOR YOUR SELECTION. THEN THAT SOB, SEND ME;;IN EXIBIT # 2.
     I HERE BY REQUEST THAT YOUR DEPARTMENT AND ALL THE FOLLOWING DEPARTMENTS SPECIALLY SECURITY EXCHANGE COMMISSION, US ATTORNEY GENERAL INVESTIGAGTE THIS COMPANY AND I AM SURE THEY WILL FIND A MASSIVE FRAUDULENT BUSINESS SCHEMS TO RIP OFF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.
     THEY KEP LYING TO ME, AND WHEN I MADE MY CHOICE THEY SAID NO, IT IS TOO LATE, IT WAS CHANGED ON MAY OR SOMETHING, AND EVEN THIS ONE IS NOT GAURANTEED UNTIL WITHING THE SIX MONTHS OF YOUR ANIVERSARY.
 
IMPORTANT NOTE: THEY KEPT MY CHECK #  2623 FOR $ 1344.00 AND CASHED IT AND PUT IT IN THEIR " MONEY SHEST WHICH FOR SURE LOOKS LIKE THE ONE " ALI BABA AND THE 40 THEIVES HAD ".
     PLEASE HELP ME. THEY STEP ON THE LITTLE PEOPLE, AS THOUGH WE ARE NOT HUMAN BING JUST KAKA ROACHES.

Well, well, well that didn't take long at all.

suddenly after 1/2 dozen yrs of a case being over suddenly a Sun Life car is hanging around for 5 hours today outside my bldg.
I file a comment & voila they show up.
I sure hope my ip address etc isn't being given out by this website.

Kind of weird since they've not cared whether I live or die otherwise.

Have to say travelled this road too. Disability insurance. What a joke.

Cooked up documents, crooked company lawyers (mine included) who destroy documents, refuse to get appropriate documents. Create med records which have all abnormal reports removed so they can send to payroll specialists to review. (take a nurse or hire a doctor to go with you) & don't back down.

Documents that have SunLife logos long before the company owned the one that originally insured you. Lawyers who destroy documents then suddenly get hired, promoted or are "recommended" on the Sun Life website as good lawyers! Follow the money - you're not getting it.
 
List is endless. They get those "expert opinions" from the med records they creat. They say you're not sick at all. Then ask you if you have any questions. Yeah I said; does depression cause lung masses? Guy turned white. Might try reading the actual records before making a diagnosis, Charlie.

Hope everyone knows not buying SunLife insurance is a no brainer now. Unless of course you find a company who will cover you for not having one. Good luck to you; I've been fighting for 7 yrs. (kept me alive though)... :)
