I was told by Sunlife Advisor Karen Di Venanzo that ALL my prescriptions would be covered under my policy with the exception of fertility/contraceptive drugs. I recently received a prescription from a specialist and Rizo (18003612128 Ext 4424207) has said it's been declined and they refuse to give me a reason. They keep telling me to wait 2 more days (10 business days now) and I have lost my patience. I am paying for insurance so I'm covered for these things not to make Sunlife rich. I am considering putting together a class action lawsuit against this company as this has not been my first problem with them and they have caused extensive health problems for me as they delay and refuse to cover claims.

what does your policy say about the prescription coverage?
Have you even looked at it?
If they are in breach of contract, notify your states insurance commissioner...but first, at least, take a look at your policy.
